Vital N Green is a 34 year-old company that focuses on you being our number one priority. We have the knowledge and experience to professionally maintain your lawn. I, Jeff, have been working with lawns for 45 years since graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Soil Science from UW Stevens Point. My five sons also work with me at Vital N Green, and they are truly the best part of the business. They do excellent work, as they have worked in lawn care since they were knee high.  Over the years I have received numerous compliments about how friendly, winsome and courteous they are.  All of your work will be done by someone in the family!

Vital N Green is a professional business with all of the appropriate pesticide and business licenses for Sparks and Reno. We are also covered under all appropriate business insurances.

 Whether it be mowers, spreaders, sprayers, aerators or dethatchers – you can be assured that we find and use the best equipment and products for your lawn and landscape beds to keep them vital and green.

This is a family owned business where no outside help is hired. Each of us cares about you and your lawn and want you to be happy with the service and results. 

Vital N Green uses both standard and organic fertilizers, with slow release nitrogen and micronutrients, in an environmentally conscientious manner. Therefore, your lawn is fed more evenly and the fertilizer lasts longer in your lawn. You can be assured that any products we apply will not be wasted or cause any damage. We take pride in our experience to keep your lawn green and your landscape beds free of weeds.

Aeration is a huge part of the lawn care program in our area. Because of the poor soil conditions in Reno/Sparks, the more you can aerate, the more beneficial it is for your lawn. The reciprocating action of our aerators pulls the best plugs around – compare our results and you will see the difference.
